Local Support: At our guests’ disposal is a customer service – Balkan PMS office located next the main entrance of Flora apartment complex. During the winter season the office is open everyday 8:30-17:30.

Cleaning Schedule: Light cleaning is done daily (empting the bins and supply of toilet paper incl). Towels are changed midweek and sheets are changed once a week . Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.
