Where I can find the office ?

Our main office is based at Flora complex on the right hand side of the main entrance. All bookings can be checked and confirmed there and also additional services like ski lessons, snowboard testers can be booked there.The office is open every day during the winter period from 08.30 am till 17.30 pm . All payments are taken ONLY in the office!

Can I pay with card in your office?

Yes, you can pay by card or cash in leva and euro .Our office is situated on the right hand side of Flora Hotel.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint about my room?

All complaints should be reported in Balkan PMS office or if out of hours write us via the contact us form and we will do all that is possible to help you if we can.

When should I book?

Please contact our team and we will check the availability for the requested period. We accept booking with up to 12 months in advance !

My flight is the afternoon , where can I store my luggage?

Please contact us previous day before your departure and if we have availability for late check out we will arrange it against additional charge. Other option is to store your luggage in our office if your departure is within the working hours of the office or you have booked transfer with our company.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Our website will allow you to book up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you require a room inside these 24 hours, you can contact us via the contact form. If you are already in Borovets and you want to book room you can visit BPMS booking office in Flora complex.We are open every day 8:30-17:30 during the wither season. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Can I change the dates of my reservation?

It is subject up on availability, please contact us as soon as possible.

I have left something in the room. How do I get it back?

Please contact us providing details when and where you have stayed . We will check and let you know on what we have found and how you can receive it .

Do you provide baby cribs in your rooms?

We can provide one baby crib free of charge. Please mention that you will need one in the comments section when submitting a booking.
