Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our premises in accordance of the Bulgarian Legislation!
Taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
Cancellation: If cancelled or modified taken deposit is non-refundable If cancelled or no show 60 days before arrival and later the full amount of services has to be paid.
Deposit Payment: Agreed deposit for accommodation will be charged on the day of booking and is NON- refundable.
Local Support: At our guests’ disposal is a customer service – Balkan PMS office located right next the main entrance of Flora apartment complex. During the winter season the office is open everyday 8:30-17:30.
Key Collection: Please provide your arrival details (e.g. flight number) in order to arrange pick-up of the keys for the apartment.
Add-ons: Please note that any type of special request needs to be confirmed by PMS
Cleaning schedule: Please note that free cleaning is done once a week, while light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days and sheets are changed every 7 days. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.
Damaged or Missing Items Policy: Damaged or missing things from the apartments will be paid extra.
