Traditional 2 bedroomed Villa Boro Green, only 3 minutes away from the Gondola station in Borovets , in a quiet area next to a beautiful pine forest.
The chalet has been completed to the highest standard and is completely furnished throughout, offering excellent accommodation and comfort for 6 people (renovated sept 2022) . It has 1 WC, kitchenette and lounge area with balcony for taking in the scenery. Please note that light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed midweek and sheets are changed once a week. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service. There are 8 villas in total.
Given prices include only accommodation. SPA services available in the hotel next door – Moura against additional charge.
It’s also ideal for Spring and Summer holidays, with stunning mountain treks and horse riding.

Dining Area – Comprising Kitchenette with built in sink and drainer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Also pine table and chairs for 6 people. Balcony with BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 1 – Separate Twin Bedded room with side cabinets, drawer unit .

Bedroom 2 – Separate Double Bedded room with side cabinets, drawer unit, wardrobe and .

Heating – By individually controlled electric radiators.

Hot Water Supply – On-demand electric water heater.
Cleaning schedule:
Emptying the bins and supply of toilet paper every other day.
For reservations 4-7 nights you will receive fresh towels in the middle of your stay.
For reservations 7-10 nights you will receive fresh towels two times and bed linen once.
The access to the spa is just across the road and all our clients can use it for a small fee payable on the spot
