Cancellation: If cancelled or modified taken deposit is non-refundable. For reservations for dates 24 December – 05 January; 1-28 February balance is due 60 days before arrival. For all other dates balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Local Support: At our guests’ disposal is a customer service – Balkan PMS office located right next the main entrance of Flora apartment complex. During the winter season the office is open everyday 8:30-17:30.
Taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included
Cleaning Schedule: Light cleaning is done daily (empting the bins and supply of toilet paper incl). Towels are changed midweek and sheets are changed once a week . Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.
